The Condominium at Rosemary Ridge

Built in 2003, The Condominium at Rosemary Ridge is the first building project in Augusta County to be completely constructed using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction.  Using materials from the Amvic product line, each building is made entirley of concrete. Individual units are then completed with modern finishes such as Hardi-plank siding, stucco, and drywall.

The condos start in the mid-$100s. Some units are available with attached garages.
